LALLA SALMA FOUNDATION

The Lalla Salma Foundation for the Prevention and Treatment of Cancers was founded in 2005. Since then, the foundation strives to make cancer a priority in Morocco’s public health sector. Created at the initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Lalla Salma, the Foundation acts in favour of improved patient care, promotes prevention and provides support for scientific research by building partnerships between Morocco and the international community. To raise awareness about their actions and raise their profile, the Foundation turned to A3 Communication in both 2011 and 2013.

Raising visibility

The agency’s first priority project concerned visual identity. It was important to modernise the logo while preserving the basic identity. A makeover for the logo then, working carefully to balance two languages (Arabic and French). We created an institutional film to develop recognition for the Foundation and increase public awareness. Warm and dynamic, the film presented the activities and missions of the Foundation. The reward: the film was shown in 2011 in New York, during the 66th General Assembly of the United Nations.

Staging actions and intentions

Organisation of the Foundation’s general assemblies, press relations management in the context of its participation in major international events, concept and composition of balance sheets and activity reports, redesigning the website, creating content and managing social media networks; A3 Communication accompanied the Foundation in every aspect of their communication, ensuring harmony and coherence throughout all public statements and appearances.
