The national leader and historic operator of the telecommunications sector, Maroc Telecom (Itissalat Al-Maghrib) has helped shape the landscape of telecommunications in Morocco. In terms of press coverage and gained influence, Maroc Telecom rose to take first place among technological operators in Morocco.
