DEPLOYMENT OF COMPACT II BY THE MCA-MOROCCO AGENCY: A COMMUNICATION STRATEGY TO GO WITH THE FLOW

The Millennium Challenge Account-Morocco Agency (MCA-Morocco) is an establishment created to deploy Compact II, the cooperation agreement signed between the Kingdom of Morocco and the United States in November 2015. The execution of this agreement took place over a 5-year period, and MCA-Morocco reached out to A3 Communication to design and implement a press relations strategy as well as provide strategic consulting to top management. One of the challenges facing MCA-Morocco was to communicate project status reports on a regular basis. To respond to this imperative, the agency set up periodic PR sessions with the press: the “MCA-Morocco Press Club”. In addition, the agency oversaw permanent sectorial oversight as well as editorial engineering.
