Ghislaine Andalous was born in Casablanca, and completed her studies in France. She holds a masters degree in Business Management from Institut des Administrations in Perpignan and a degree in Economics and Business Management from the Faculté des Sciences Juridiques Économiques et Sociales in Perpignan. Ghislaine Andalous joined the A3 Communication agency as Deputy Managing Director. Ghislaine’s 16-year career is rich in experience in event communication. Among her many professional roles, Ghislaine Andalous has been Communications & Marketing Director at Palmeraie Hotels & Resorts, and Project Director at EdenCom (Account Manager for Unilever).

Nabila Moussabih was born in Casablanca and completed her studies in Morocco. She holds a masters degree in Organization Communications from the École Supérieure de Communication et de Publicité (Com’ Sup) as well as a degree in Strategic Management from the Institut Marocain de Management (IMM). Navila Moussabih joined the A3 Communication team as a press attaché. With a diverse skillset, she has specialized in reputation management, but continues to participate in the creation and implementation of global communications projects. With an impressive 18 years of experience, her perseverance and total implication in the projects entrusted to her have earned her the role of Director of Press Relations and Media Partnerships. Nabila Moussabih has notably managed accounts that include Pharma 5, Deloitte, Maroc Telecom and SIAM.

Neila Tazi was born in Washington, DC (USA) and studied in France, while her roots are deeply Moroccan and African. She is not only proud of this heritage, she has made it a valuable asset whose diversity has shaped her personality as well as her professional, non-profit and political careers.
She holds a BA in Business Administration, and in 1992 she founded the A3 Communication agency, a pioneer in communications, events, and public relations. In 1998, she created the Gnaoua and World Music Festival in Essaouira, which soon became a not-to-be-missed event on the international calendar. This extraordinary event offers the best illustration of the exceptional skills of her team and her agency.

Ali Hajji was born in Rabat and completed his studies in France. He holds a degree from the École Superieure de Réalisation Audiovisuelle (Paris), and is passionate about the arts, including filmmaking. He firmly believes in the power of culture as a means to elevate and integrate society. These values led him to join the executive team at A3 Communication, an agency that distinguishes itself by its commitment to support culture, humanity, and economic and social development for all of society.
Among the many and diverse roles he has taken on, Ali Hajji has been Managing Co-Director of the Festival of Casablanca, Special Advisor to the Royal Cabinet from 2003 to 2006, Head of Programming for MK2, a film production, distribution and exhibition company, and General Coordinator for the Marrakech International Film Festival in 2002 and 2003, and has held the same role since 2018.
