MAROC TELECOM: STRENGTHENING INFLUENCE, MAINTAINING LEADERSHIP

The national leader and historic operator of the telecommunications sector, Maroc Telecom (Itissalat Al-Maghrib) has helped shape the landscape of telecommunications in Morocco. The company’s strategic orientations are focussed primarily upon strengthening its leadership in Morocco, developing its subsidiaries in sub-Saharan Africa, and constantly improving service quality. To best serve this strategy, Maroc Telecom relied upon the expertise of A3 Communication, entrusting the agency with the design and implementation of their press relations strategy.  Among the many actions undertaken, A3 Communication conceived the “Smart Days by Maroc Telecom” campaign as a series of PR meetings, organised like workshops. In terms of press coverage and gained influence, Maroc Telecom rose to take first place among technological operators in Morocco.
